Ways to participate in the 5th World Congress on Resilience

In addition to face-to-face participation, the Organizing Committee will offer registrants (speakers or not) who request it, the opportunity to participate online in the 5th World Congress on Resilience. They will be able to follow live all the conferences and round tables that will take place in plenary, as well as the communication sessions and symposia that will take place in the plenary room. Speakers who so request will also be able to make their presentations remotely. The conference programme will indicate which paper sessions are accessible online, and the link or URL to follow the papers. Access to the communication sessions will be password-protected. Online participants will also receive a certificate of participation in the 5th World Congress on Resilience.

NB: The registration fees for participation in person or online are the same.

Cancellation or Refund Policy

  • Any cancellation of participation and / or refund must be made by email to the organizing committee(resilience2020@ess-ucac.org)
  • Cancellation before January 31: Refund of the full amount, less 25% for administration fees..
  • Cancellation between February 1 and March 30, 2021: Reimbursement of the full amount, less 50% for administrative fees..
  • Cancellation from 1 April 2021 : No refund.
  • It is also possible to transfer your registration to another person. This is free of charge and must be done no later than May 15, 2021..

(*)Partner status is granted to any institution or organization that registers for the 5th World Congress on Resilience. It may be a university, a training school, a research laboratory, a non-profit non-governmental organization, etc. This registration allows members of the said organization (students, teachers, researchers, etc.) to benefit from a 50 to 70% discount on the normal registration fee. Partner organizations also benefit from media visibility at the 5th World Congress on Resilience (logo insertion on the 5th Congress website with hyperlink to the partner’s website, insertion of the partner’s logo in the official congress program).

The status of partner organisation is acquired through an registration fee of 3000€.
